Terms and conditions

 If you are not entirely happy with your order, it must be returned  in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of  delivery. 

We are afraid refunds can not be made on your return postage. 

Full payment  will be refunded upon safe return of the goods.  If you wish to exchange  your item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the jewellery. 

All our pieces are hand made and assembled, and therefore can not always be shipping right away.  If you have any questions about dispatch time please contact us.

If the item is in stock it will be dispatched upon receipt of payment; once you place your order we will confirm and give you an estimated delivery date. If demand is high there may be a delay in dispatch, you will be informed by email to the time scale but all orders will be dispatched no later than 4 weeks from date of order. 

Payment can also be made by cheque or BACS. 

All jewellery is made in the UK and assayed at the London Assay Office.

To insure safe delivery of all goods, there will be a charge of £7.50 for Special Delivery.  

Next Day guaranteed and insured delivery anywhere within the UK. Please note that delivery will need to be signed for.

International delivery costs may alter. Options will be provided at the time of the order.

Any damaged work must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
